Privacy Policy — Brain Battle

Effective date: 9 September 2026

The short version

Brain Battle is a two-player math game with no accounts and no servers of ours. Your scores, names and settings stay on your device. We do not collect, sell or share personal information. The app shows full-screen ads between games (from Google AdMob) and offers a one-time in-app purchase to remove them, both handled by Google. That's it.

1. Who we are

This app, Brain Battle (Android package com.epixeltech.TwoPlayerGamesBrainBattle), is published by Epixel Tech ("we", "us"). This policy explains how the app handles information. If you have any questions, contact us at nurkarim.ajra@gmail.com.

2. Information we do NOT collect

We do not ask for, collect, or transmit any of the following:

We do not operate any server or database, so there is nowhere for your data to be sent to us.

3. Information stored only on your device

To make the game work, the app saves a small amount of data in your device's local app storage. This never leaves the device, is not readable by us, and is deleted when you uninstall the app:

4. Third-party services

The app relies on the following Google services. Each has its own privacy policy that governs the data it processes:

Google AdMob (advertising)

When you are not a Pro user, a full-screen ad may be shown after a game finishes. Ads are delivered by Google AdMob. Because Brain Battle is treated as a child-directed / general-audience app, every ad request is tagged so that Google serves non-personalised, "G"-rated (general audiences) ads only. Ads are not targeted using personal data, and no advertising profile of the player is built. AdMob may still process limited technical information (such as a device advertising identifier, coarse region, and app version) to deliver ads, cap how often an ad is shown, prevent fraud and measure ad performance. See Google's advertising policy and AdMob & children. Purchasing Brain Battle Pro removes all ads.

Google Play Billing (in-app purchase)

"Brain Battle Pro" is a one-time purchase that removes ads. The transaction is processed entirely by the Google Play Store using your existing Google account. We never see or store your payment details; we only receive a confirmation from Google that the item is owned. See the Google Privacy Policy.

Google Play services & in-app review

The app uses Google Play services for the in-app rating prompt and to check purchase ownership on launch. This is standard Google Play functionality.

Local notifications

If you enable the optional "Daily reminder", the app schedules a local notification on your device at the time you choose. Nothing is sent over the internet and no push service is used.

5. Permissions the app requests

PermissionWhy it is needed
INTERNETTo download ads and to verify the Pro purchase / show the rating prompt. The game itself plays fully offline.
com.android.vending.BILLINGTo offer the one-time "Remove ads" purchase through Google Play.
POST_NOTIFICATIONSTo show the optional daily practice reminder (only if you turn it on).
RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETEDTo re-schedule that reminder after the device restarts.

6. Children's privacy

Brain Battle is suitable for children and is designed to comply with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the EU General Data Protection Regulation provisions on children (GDPR-K), and the Google Play Families Policy.

If you believe a child has somehow provided us personal information, contact us at support@epixeltech.com and we will address it promptly.

7. Data retention, security and your choices

8. Changes to this policy

If we change how the app handles information, we will update this page and the "Effective date" above, and (where required) note it in the app's store listing. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
